Can I be automatically notified for change in status of my orders?

Yes, e-mail track@minimaxexpress.com requesting E-mail Notifications.

Include as much of the following as you can:

  • Your Minimax Account # or a ProBill # where you are paying for the Order
  • Full Name of Company
  • Full Address of Company
  • E-mail address you want the Notifications sent to.

It can only go to 1 e-mail address so you may need to ask your IT Department to create an E-mail Distribution List if it needs to go to more than 1 e-mail address.

The following e-mail notifications are possible:

Order Booked When we enter the Order in our system
Pickup Notification When the Order is picked up and in our truck
Out For Delivery On our truck to be delivered
Delivery Notification When the Order is Delivered
Delivery Appointment Change When the Delivery Appointment is created or changed

Can our invoices be e-mailed to us?

Yes, email track@minimaxexpress.com requesting your invoices be emailed to you.

Include as much of the following as you can

  • Your Minimax Account # or a ProBill # where you are paying for the Order
  • Full Name of Company
  • Full Address of Company
  • E-mail address you want the invoices sent to.

It can only go to 1 e-mail address so you may need to ask your IT Department to create an E-mail Distribution List if it needs to go to more than 1 e-mail address.

We are not paying for the order, may we track the Order?

Go to Track and Trace portal and enter the Minimax Pro number, then press the magnifying glass to search.

What do the different Statuses on Track & Trace mean?

  • AVL:  Available – Order is in our system but we have not assigned it to a driver
  • DPU: Dispatched for Pick Up Assigned to a driver to be Picked Up
  • ACK: Acknowledged by driver that he saw the Pickup Request
  • ARP: Arrival for Pickup
  • LDD: Loaded onto our trailer
  • DOC: Docked at 1 of our Terminals
  • LH: Line Hauled to one of our other terminals
  • OFD:  Out For Delivery – On a truck to be delivered
  • ARD: Arrival for Delivery
  • DEL: Delivered

We have more than one account. Do I need a different username and password for each account?

You can use 1 login credential for all accounts or you can have separate login credentials for each account. 

If you want your accounts linked together, e-mail track@minimaxexpress.com requesting your accounts be linked together.

Include as much of the following as you can:

  • Your Minimax Account # or ProBill # where you are paying for the Order
  • Full Name of Companies
  • Full Address of Companies

How do I change my password?

E-mail track@minimaxexpress.com asking for a password reset including the following information:

  • Username
  • Your Minimax Account # or ProBill # where you are paying for the Order
  • Full Name of Companies
  • Full Address of Companies

I’ve forgotten my username and/or password.

E-mail track@minimaxexpress.com asking for your username/password including the following information:

  • Username
  • Your Minimax Account #s or ProBill #s where you are paying for the Order

Do you have EDI and/or API integration?

Yes, Minimax Express offers both EDI and API integration! Please contact it@minimaxexpress.com (or track) to confirm eligibility.
